Silly way to pinch a nerve

I wasn't thinking and didn't think much of it. But I did something that caused me to pull a nerve on my neck. I knew the way my neck was positioned that I would start to feel the pain coming. Before I can retract or reposition it, it was too late...here comes the pain!

It hurts when I turn my head to the right or look over the shoulder.
