During sex, why do men...

Close their eyes or not make a sound? Group of gals and myself ponder this.

Is it normal for the guy to be quiet?? I know if a woman doesn't make any sound, men think "am I satisfying her?" Well, same goes for us women. We're like "hello, make some sort of sound will ya?"

As for the eyes being closed. We wonder what he's thinking? Is he concentrating? Counting to himself? Or just trying to stay in rhythm?

Scarlett,

I don't think its just guys.

I think there is a learned behavior which is associated with liiving in a small house or condo, and having children.

You learn to enjoy in silence. Both male and female. When silence is not necessary, its too late . . . . the behavior pattern has been solidified.

Scarlett,
Sorry about posting "Anonymous"ly above. For some cyberspace reason, clicking on "Other" would not make the little button hi-lite last night.

hhmm various reasons.. at the inlaws house, we have to be very quiet..kids in the next room.. he is 17 so he knows when dad is knocking the bottom out of his mother...LOL.. I can be quiet, the bed not always.. the wife can rarely be quiet durring orgams..which is cool I like it when a woman makes noise..

your question was about guys..sometimes it is just enjoying the pleasure.. trying to feel everything, every millimeter of my cock sliding in and out, her body reacting to mine feeling every movement she is making, using all my senses... or like meditation letting go relaxing and just enjoying the moment or sometimes is concentrating to not cum and make her come.. relaxing so as not to come too early.. think about somebody else.. yeah that happens... lately with me that is most every time actually

Um, well contrary to popular belief, not thinkin about baseball.

Probably having one of those zen-thingy moments y'know, with the complete focus thingy and all that. Then again, could be it's just that we're pokin around in there trying to find that spongy spot.

I guarantee you we're not thinking about Laura Bush or Lynne Cheney though, ok. ;)

As for me, I am thinking about what just occurred. I try to relive the sex again. Like a VCR, I am rewinding the tape and playing it again. I try to step outside of myself as if to watch and experience it all over again- at the same time!
...If you asked me why I was quiet and what I was thinking - that's the true answer I'd give you.

Personally, I think that men can't multi-task. SO there is actually nothing going on in their heads except waiting to cum!! lol
