I keep forgetting to do this
End up hurting myself later. I’ve been going to the gym a lot. I can feel the muscles tense up in my calves. I know one of these nights, when I am lying in bed, I am going to pull a charlie horse and scream like hell. Yes, I know I am supposed to stretch before a workout and after. When I am lying in bed watching television and just do some leg stretches. Extending each leg straight up in the air.
One time, I did this and I looked over to my neighbor’s window, yes I caught him looking. He grabbed something on his bed and walked out the room.

a toned woman. firm calves, thinghs.
watching a woman stretch seeing the muscles and tendons and them imagining those legs wrapped around my head and my waist, or on my shoulders as my balls slap her firm ass.....
anyway I digress... athlectic women.. HOT..
I want to try sometime... crack an egg on a woman's butt....
Stretching is good, how about a soothing massage when you are done. You fail to mention your state of dress when your neighbor caught you.....and remember. Private eyes are watching you.
