That would cetainly be "not safe for work" once the dots have been connected.
I have an old copy of an adult connect the dots coloring book. I never would do the pictures in the book but would instead make a copy of the page and then do the dots on the page.
Hey... this reminds me of the connecting the freckles game upon one's lover.
