Work it baby!



I have a daily routine with exercising, walking and watching what I eat. Drinking 8 glasses of water. Health nut? Not really. Just want to be in great shape and healthy.

I noticed the reflection of myself working out on the cardio machine from the glass window at the gym. Wow...I have curves!

I guess the sit-ups have been helping. But now I need to work on the arms. Nothing major. I don't want to look like those muscular body builders. Just want to tone parts and areas of my body.

Hmmm... if I lose weight, will my breasts get smaller? You would think smaller waist, would make the chest look bigger, not that I need mine to get any bigger. "LOL"
