Why do they say this?
Ok, why is it when I chat with men. All of a sudden they say “I’m going to spank you or you deserve a spanking.” Of course in a sensual way.
Do they think this is something that turns women on? Or I am being such a pain that I deserve one. LOL

I think it is fear. They mention spanking out of fear. Guys fear what will happen if they do NOT raise the issue of spanking. To understand, think about it from a different perspective:
Lets say a guy knows women enjoy receiving oral sex, but the guy is ambivalent. He is OK doing it, but does not really enjoy it. So he might gently raise the subject. So A) if you enjoy oral sex, he does not need to fear you running far far away from him on account of his failure to be interested in the same thing as you, while at the same time B) by raising it in a joking, non-insistent way he does not feel fearful of offending you.
From this perspective, does it make sense that a guy would sort of, kind of, some how some way, work spanking into a conversation?
